Termly reviews: Every term the teachers all get together as a staff to review positive and negative aspects of the term. Opinions are recorded and kept for future planning. Every week in Team meetings we celebrate something positive. Children`s progress is discussed and together we try to work out possible solutions on helping children to progress.

Each student is represented here. What we are working on is clearly displayed. Parents, teacher and students discuss what we are working on and what else can be done. The next stage shows goals.
Once a child is reading fluently they can choose to be tested as to how many words they can read. This child is reading well at green. The circled words are ones she still needs to learn. The cards are accessible to all students.

Reading levels are clearly displayed for students, parents and teacher. We regularly discuss where each child is and where they are aiming to be. Advice is given on how to go about moving to the next level. This information is available and shared with all.

Goal setting report: After each child in my class has been at school for 6 weeks, I assess progress and complete a report for them. Parents, the student and I meet to discuss progress and set goals for each student.
